On Behalf of our client Engage is seeking applications for a experienced Site Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall delivery of the site whilst having the authority to determine site matters affecting the implementation and operation of the project.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with maintenance projects and a strong focus on project controls. This position is a Gladstone residential based role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing client relationships in relation to specific contracts, people and future business opportunities
- Liaising with supplier representatives and contractors
- Working with the Operations Manager, Area Manager, Recruitment and Business Unit Managers, along with Corporate Services
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Trade or Engineering background with relevant industry experience desirable
- Extensive site based experience
- Experienced in managing staff
- Highly safety driven
- Strong communication
- Strong computer skills
