Site Manager
The Role:
This opportunity will see you managing construction activities as a site manager; you will work directly alongside the Project Manager with a site team to deliver the project successfully.
You will be in charge of construction and will be responsible for managing and developing the programme, co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Works & programme planning
- Material Purchase
- Site safety including implementing OH&S Management system
- Issuing direction so the site team perform daily and weekly activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Site manager on commercial new builds & fit out
- Well organized, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
- Skilled in OH&S and industrial relations
- Ability to solve problems and manage conflict effectively.
- Trade qualification preferred
