Our client is a Top tier National Civil and Building Contractor with a solid 40-year reputation to their name. They specialise in Civil Infrastructure, Industrial Builds, Defence and Gas & Oil.

They are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator within Civil Infrastructure for projects based in Sydney and surrounds. This is a key role in overseeing an exciting project. You will be an integral part of a high performing team, you will need to be motivated and able to drive a team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare Subcontractor and Supplier packages
• Manage Cost Control including estimates, claims and revenues
• Ensure the project costs, targets and contract deadlines are adhered to
• Manage Scope of Works variations that require extension of time
• Ensure any client and or sub-contractor disputes or disagreements are handled in a timely manner by providing clear and concise information regarding contracts
• Ensure claims and variations are being completed in a continuous and timely manner to ensure positive cash flow
• handle Contractual Claims

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Australian market
• Previous experience working on RMS and/or TMR infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive strong outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated Stakeholder management skills
