The company
Our client is a well renowned market leading Client Side Project Management Consultancy who has been established for over 20 years, they have planned and delivered a variety of major projects within the Commercial, Healthcare & Higher Education sectors.
The role
In this role you will be responsible for managing the delivery for $35M Hospital redevelopment project, you will be required to spend around 2 days a week based on Site in regional NSW whilst spending the rest of your time in their Sydney CBD offices. You will also be involved in the submission for the following stages of the project.
To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have;
- Degree qualifications within construction, ideally Ba in Cons Management.
- Previous Client Side PM Consultancy experience to include a proven background delivering Healthcare projects.
- Strong all round Project Management skills, to include Design Management, Stakeholder Coordination, Contracts Management and Project Delivery.
In return a full time role is on offer working on a long term projects. The salary package on offer will range between $130 - $150K, negotiable dependant on experience level.
