Civil Supervisor
We require an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee a rolling number of key projects locally in the Illawarra area. This is a full time position, in a medium sized Civil, Demolition, Haulage and Rail Infrastructure company engaged primarily in projects servicing the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, South Coast, Southern Sydney area.
The ideal candidate will need strong experience working on Civil Earthmoving projects
The Civil Supervisor role will involve:
- You'll be overseeing Civil Earthmoving sites.
- Managing of all plant, labour, materials on site and also manage sub-contractors.
- Attend site meetings and progress reporting.
- Ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
- Liaise closely with the client and other key stakeholders on site.
- Provide leadership on site through positive communication.
- Liaise with the project manager ensuring the project runs to schedule and budget
The requirements for this Civil Supervisor role include:
• Competent survey ability, able to set out, lines and levels.
• Min 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity on Civil projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong focus on safety with experience working with live plant.
