Subcontractor in the commercial building space looking for an experienced contracts administrator
Your new company
Well established West Australian business is seeking to employ an experienced Contract Administrator starting in early August.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager you will take full control of all documentation in the office. You will communicate with the sub contractors and coordinate between the builder and the client autonomously. On a daily basis you will be analysing quotes, dealing with claims and be submitting financial reports to relevant parties. At the end of every month it is priority that the end of month claims are done in a timely and accurate fashion.
What you'll need to succeed
The desired candidate would have a degree or relevant qualification and will have had local exposure to the Perth market. The client would ideally like you to have a strong history of Tier 3 commercial experience. You should be able to demonstrate commercial experience on apartment buildings, hotels & school projects. You will have strong software skills and in particular a strong work ethic where you are willing to put in the long hours in necessary.

On offer is a permanent position with a good salary package for the right candidate. 85,000 base + super.
