The Role
Lead a 14 week fit-out construction program to deliver a production kitchen, conference space and office fit-out within this large health project.
You will be leading and managing the delivery of the works - primarily ensuring communication and logistical elements of the works are in place, health and safety and general co-ordination is enabled for the trusted long term sub-contractor team to deliver the works.
About you
You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, be particularly well versed in coordinating and liaising with the client to make sure the site runs smoothly and the logistical elements of the building works have been communicated with all stakeholders and client on site. Coordination of deliveries is a vital component in ensuring plant and materials are allowed access to the site.
You will need to meet the foll wing:
- Fit-out and refurbishment construction experience
- HSE certification
- Free to work for 14 weeks, from 23rd July
