Access Hoists & Scaffolding is a small family orientated company looking for a leading hand scaffolder starting on a 1 month trial leading to a permanent position

About the role

The ability to lead a team
The ability to liase with site foreman to ensure all projects are completed safely and to the clients satisfaction.
Coordinating, planning and completion of scaffolding jobs
Read a scaffold plan
Write up gear lists
Conduct site inspections
Develop & maintain a good working relationship with customers
Estimate variations to scope of works
Responsible for site safety, quality and output
Delivery and pick up of scaffold

Skills and experience

Advanced scaffolding ticket (here or oversea's)
Experience in a leading hand scaffolder position
