Project Engineer - $40m Education Project - Narallen

The Role 
  
Reporting to an experienced Project Engineer you will be a key part of the on site construction delivery team to build a $40m Education project from inception to completion.  

Although supported by the Senior Project Manager & Head Office staff this is an autonomous role and you will be encouraged to take on some extra duties if capable.

Reporting into the Project Manager some of your key requirements will be;

• Design Management and Coordination.
• Resolve technical design issues
• Shop Drawing review / approvals
• Services Coordination
• QA Management for various trades
• ITP formulation
• RFI management
• Support for foreman and trade supervisors
• Manage entire building certification process for OC

Working for this top Commercial Builder, suitable candidates will possess the following;

• Ideally a degree in Construction Management or Structural Engineering
• Between 3-5 years’ experience working in a Site or Engineering / Project Coordination capacity for an Australian builder 
• A strength in design management and coordination
• The person will have graduated at least 5 years ago with a Construction Management or Structural Engineering degree and will have been working in residential developments for the past 5 years.
• Experience working for either Top or Second Tier construction companies in Australia
• Experience working on large, multi-million-dollar commercial and apartment building projects in a site-based capacity
