Site Supervisor 

Site Supervisor required to work for a well known Home Builder. A builders licence is preferred.

Established for over 20+ years, our client specialises in land development, the construction of residential houses as well as town house projects and cluster housing.
  
The Site Supervisor will primarily be responsible for the safe delivery of building projects in respect of time, cost and quality. The role includes workflow and construction management, ensuring teams meet pre-set targets.
 
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with the preparation of specifications and schedules
• Determining procurement methodology to project budget and program then undertaking said procurement in accordance with procedures
• Managing the checking & processing of supplier and subbie payments
• Maintaining the file of labour and materials cost information
• Producing construction programs for each development
• Coordinating teams including estimating, drafting and the contract administration functions of the business

To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:

• You will come from a residential construction background preferably across medium density/developments or project homes
• Ideally you will be confident and happy to undertake estimating duties 
• You'll be able to accurately interpret plans and specifications
• To fit the bill you must have fine tuned negotiating skills, a strong communicator with exemplary interpersonal skills
• Qualifications wise you will hold the relevant tertiary qualifications - engineering or building related
• Ideally you will have a Builders Licence / Supervisors Licence
