Our client is a complex, Not-for-Profit organisation operating under a commercial business model. They provide a broad range of vital social welfare and community services; research the causes & effects of poverty; and advocate national & local policy solutions for people experiencing disadvantage. Location: Melbourne CBD.
Your primary role will be to ensure that the organisation has effective processes for managing & reporting on both revenue and supplier contracts. This includes providing advice on contractual agreements; supporting senior management; ensuring that the organisation monitors its contractual milestones; and developing & maintaining a contracts database.
Ideally, you will possess appropriate tertiary qualifications with specialist training in contracts management/ administration. An understanding of contractual documentation and legal agreements is essential. You must be computer literate and have the capability of organising, analysing and reporting on major contract data. You should also have sound judgement on a range of contractual matters which entails liaising with a broad range of stakeholders including legal representatives.
