This is a highly rewarding and challenging opportunity located in Mount Waverley within our Signature Knock Down Rebuild Operations team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with land compliance assessments;
• Evaluating land contracts and regulatory information;
• Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations;
• Town planning experience;
• Liaising with external service providers and internal departments; and
• Preparation of permit documentation for the building process.

The successful candidate will have:

• Must have minimum 3 years technical building industry experience particularly in permits;
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage customer expectations;
• Strong administrative skills;
• Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities; and
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
