The role

Our NSW team are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor working on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is responsible for safe and quality construction of all homes.

Duties

• Ensure homes are built within the agreed timeframes, budgets and standards, whilst in accordance with Company procedures.
• Provide weekly turnover, files to site, site starts, handovers and ETS’s for review with the Manager.
• Ensure adequate security measures are in place for each home under construction.
• Carry out 3 month inspections and ensure items are completed within the timeframes allowed.

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have the minimum state requirements for Building Supervisors in NSW and a strong, working knowledge of the residential building industry and WHS legislation. 

A current drivers licence and strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills is a requirement of the role. A current builders licence will be highly regarded.
