Intro Recruitment Solutions has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to work with an East Coast powerhouse in the Retail Construction game. This builder has won some exceptional Brisbane projects recently and even recently secured their biggest Queensland project to date.

They typically average projects around the $20m - $30m price range and don't often venture out side of their expertise in retail.


To be successful you will have the following: 

• Ideally a Construction management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (adequate experience in the role of Project Manager without tertiary qualifications will also be considered)
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager for a large mid tier or upper tier Construction Company.
• Ability to manage a small team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Proficient in Office, project and a cost reporting software
• Tendering experience
