About the Company
As a well-respected and long established civil contractor with major projects around Australia, our client has recently won a $1bn roads and bridges project based in the west of Melbourne. With a diverse portfolio nationally including roads & bridges, resources, and renewables, they have amassed a Tier-1 management team.
They are now on ground with this project and are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with road construction experience to work on this long-standing project.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who has worked on a major roads construction project for a civil contractor in Australia, on both up and downstream contracts. VicRoads experience as a preference, but other authority experience welcome to apply.
- Tertiary qualifications (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar) as a preference;
- Prior relevant experience within the construction industry, preferably in the civil sector;
- Previous experience in estimating, procurement and precontract activities
- Experience in VicRoads preferred;
- Strong financial analysis and administrative focus;
- Strong negotiating skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
