The Company
The organisation is a Tier 1 Mechanical Services business that specialises in the design and construction of large scale commercial, defence, fit out, data and health care centres. Over recent years they have rapidly grown across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra and due to this growth they are looking to bring on several experienced Site Managers with experience in both Construction and Fit out.
You will be part of a solution focused team built from Project Manager, Engineers, Designers and Technicians with a passion for client loyalty, exemplary service and honest hard work.
The Role
The company are currently looking for several Site Managers across both their Fit Out and Construction Teams with a HVAC background.
Fit Out x 2
One of the sites is a nationally recognised commercial retailer and you will be managing the site of their flag ship store in the CBD.
The other Fit Out role will be on multiple sites within the Sydney metro predominately working on Defence Projects therefore red card clearance is required.
Construction x 2
The organisation are also looking for several Site Managers for construction sites across Sydney including commercial, industrial, defence and data centres.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years Managerial Experience in either Fit Out or Construction
- Worked on projects with a minimum value of $450k
- Strong site based experienced
- Comfortable to liaise with a range of people from labours to stake holders
- Strong negotiating skills
- Comfortable directing works on site
- Capable of working on multiple projects
