Your new company
Join an exciting team as their new Project Manager and be a part of a market leader in the provisions of outsourced corporate real estate and facilities management services to a broad range of Government and public sector clients.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the management of space planning and management services to one of the companies highest profile clients. You will maintain a library of drawings, manage fit-out projects including induction of contractors and liaison with building services. You will also need to manage the expenditure within agreed variations and customer approvals. All of these tasks will be done here in Canberra and overseas at international embassies also.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need the following at minimum to be considered;
- Current NV1 or NV2 clearance
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD to be able to produce initial concept for medium size fitouts (initiation faze only) and minor changes.
- Proven ability dealing with high profile buildings and clients.
- You will also need experience in budget formulation and extensive experience in work-space planning and design.
