Future Capital Group is a recognised leader in its field for excellence in the design and construction of apartment buildings since 1991 and is looking to increase their staff numbers due to being awarded a number of key projects.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years industry experience in day to day management of Commercial/Apartment projects through to delivery
- Experience working on complex construction projects primarily apartment project experience, with varying value between $5 million to $15 million
- Strong and proven track record on major Commercial construction projects
- Qualification in Building or Construction Management or similar
- Proven experience managing sub-contractors to ensure delivery of projects within specific timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and ensure highest quality finish of each project
- Be in possession of all the relevant tools of the trade
- Be in possession of all basic PPE - hard hat, safety boots, gloves and glasses plus high viz gear.
- Must be able to pass a medical and Physical Agility Test pre-start.
- Be in possession of a valid White Card. Any other High-Risk tickets will be advantageous.
- Be able to get to site on a daily basis and commit to long term work.
