This leading Property Developer with an impressive pipeline of projects is currently looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team.


The business has an enviable reputation across their chosen asset class and are seen as a leader in the space. They have an impressive development pipeline across Sydney, Melbourne and Asia and as such now have the need for an outstanding Senior CA.


This newly created role with report to the Head of Development and be responsible for over $500m in current contracts under management. You will have full control of the commercial elements of their developments including reporting, legalities and commercial contracts.


This role will suit an experienced CA with experience in the local construction market ideally both Contractor and Client Side. Experience across all new build sectors will be considered however large industrial, commercial and critical environments will be advantageous.
