Mixed Project experience over $50M across Aviation, Commercial, Health, Education or Residential will be looked upon favourably.
What are your operational responsibilities?
As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee newly awarded projects. Your typical activities and responsibilities will consist of:
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest and panel registrations.
- Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of your client and manage the progress of the main contractor.
- Reporting on financial and construction milestones to senior management
- Key senior point of contact for your client and consultants.
- Accountable for multiple projects from inception through to implementation
- Deliver high quality solutions within program and cost controls
- Actively manage risks
- Management of contracts, contract administration and financial reporting
- Regular PCG reporting
- Add value to projects and make a difference to the outcome
Do you have what it takes?
- Degree or higher in a construction related field
- 10+ years experience with a top tier builder or consultancy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to push your career forward towards other leadership opportunities within the business
- Enjoy complex and challenging projects
- Able to think outside the box and use their initiative to help the clients find the best solutions
