About the role:
This role is responsible for deliveries and pick-ups of hire equipment along with being the first point of contact for customers when onsite. Some heavy lifting is required. Applicants must be fit, reliable, hard working and possess a clean driving record. MR License is a must. Knowledge of shire & Sydney area Basic computer skills required. Building industry knowledge and fork lift licence an advantage. 6am start – overtime available.
Duties include:
- Deliveries and pick-ups of equipment
- Providing great customer service and expert equipment advice
- Liaising with clients and other hire companies
- Working in the yard / basic service and maintenance of hire equipment
- Driving a truck throughout Sydney
About you:
- Prior experience as a driver within the building / hire industry preferred
- Possess customer service and strong communication skills
- Physically fit and strong personal presentation
- Good cultural fit, work ethic, and be self-motivated
- Proven history of reliability and punctuality
Work Hours
Ideally this role is 55 hours per week however there is some flexibility
The Tool Store is open Monday – Friday 6am – 5pm, and Saturday 6am - Midday

A competitive package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
