If you believe in the power of education like we do, join us! We are seeking experienced Outbound/Inbound sales professionals to join our growing team. As an Enrolment Advisor you will be responsible for growing new student enrolments by facilitating prospective students through the course application and enrolment process on behalf of our partner universities.
Using your consultative sales techniques you will successfully qualify and offer solutions based on their individual needs and goals. You will enjoy building relationships with prospective students from the initial enquiry stage through to becoming an enrolled student.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an admission and recruitment or call centre sales environment is essential for this position.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, confident in interaction with peoples from all ages of a variety backgrounds
- Prior experience of higher education and/or university admissions and recruitment would be advantageous
