Seeking customer service professional to join a well respected Organisation
Your new company
You will be working for a well known Not For Profit Organisation who aims to improve the life of youths within Australia. They have been assisting Youths in need for the last 30 + years and are looking to expand their CBD Customer Service team as their recent funding increase has resulted in a larger workload.
Your new role
You will required to provide a high level of customer service as well as, provide a high level of information regarding the organisation.
You will be making outbound and receiving inbound calls which could relate to:
- Fundraising
- Advocacy
- Education
- Development programs.
What you'll need to succeed - MUST have not for profit experience
- MUST have Contact Center/Call Center experience
- Customer Service experience
- Friendly and reliable
- Strong communications verbal and written
Unfortunately you will not be considered if you do not have Not For Profit and Call Center experience.

Initially you will be on temp contract however, there is the possibility for extension.
