What you'll be doing
The Rostering Quality Officer is responsible for quality checking rostering data and or verifying and ensuring the accuracy of Employee Services / Payroll related HR information to ensure data integrity, policy and Award compliance.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, or a combination of study and work experience within a Human Resources or rostering environment with an emphasis on HR transactional activities for a large, complex organisation
- Outcome driven with strong analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret information from different sources to pro-actively identify issues and formulate strategies to address them
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills including proven ability to meet deadlines and workload demands to maintain a high quality of customer service
- Strong administration skills, including proven experience in monitoring and ensuring timely and accurate data entry is maintained
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a small team and independently
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Applications including spreadsheet applications and word processing and with a Human Resource Information System
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining strict confidentiality and to the provision of high level quality and customer focused services.
