Serco has partnered with Transperth to operate their Call Centre and Information Centres in Perth. Here, we assist the public by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner. 

The Position:

We currently have several casual opportunities for Customer Service Agents in our Call Centre, based in East Perth.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will efficiently and professionally answer incoming calls from members of the public who are enquiring about public transport services (ferry, train and bus) in Perth.  

What this position requires:

  • A high level of customer service focus, to ensure all enquiries are handled in a polite and courteous manner.
  • A high level of attention to detail to accurately capture and enter customer feedback and suggestions, ensuring all of our processes are followed.
  • Enthusiasm to be part of a high quality customer service team.
  • Well-developed organisation and problem solving skills
  • Availability to work between Sunday to Thursday 5am - 12:30am, Friday and Saturday 5am - 2am.
