If you are a confident, reliable and switched on individual with a passion for working in the customer service sector of an organisation, I may have the perfect opportunity for you!

I am currently working with my client to hunt for a customer service superstar who also excels in data entry, and therefore has excellent attention to detail, to be part of a vibrant, hard working team based in Mascot.

This is role is starting immediately, on a 2 to 3 month temporary basis.

In addition, if you have recently graduated with an Electrical related degree this role would be absolutely perfect for you, to get your foot in the door and gain exposure to the industry....

Main responsibilities:
  • Processing orders and entering them in to the system - pre sales
  • Taking incoming calls and dealing with customer queries over the phone/email
  • Building a rapport with key clients you will speak to consistently
  • Keeping up with a high volume, fast paced environment
To be considered you will possess:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for providing high quality customer service
  • Experience with dealing with a high volume of orders/calls
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office capabilities (any other systems such as Oracle/SAP would be advantageous)
  • A background/degree in the Electrical space would be advantageous, although not essential
  • A strong work ethic
  • Very high attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
  • Be proactive and highly organised
  • Be well presented
