Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience industry. As a partner with leading organisations across this sector we require a Customer Experience Consultant to assist this growing consulting division.


Your role will be critical to Leading CX Projects, to deliver the customer promise, through valuable management consulting, research, insights, strategy and design services.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Sounds knowledge and experience in Customer Experience focused roles 
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at all levels in complex environments, across all customer channels 
  • Gathering requirements, scoping, making recommendations and presenting executive papers
  • Strong data and reporting capability
  • Ability to design and facilitate workshops
  • Experience delivering high quality outputs and actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Understanding of  and working in multiple project environments, delivered on time, on budget, meeting key stakeholder expectations 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct strategic and operational Customer Experience Reviews
  • Complete diagnostic reviews of contact centres, omni-channel and other service channels
  • Understand the organisations experience gaps - both customer and employee
  • Identify customer experience and operational efficiencies and effective improvements
  • Prepare detailed consulting reports and present recommendations to C-Level
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
