If you like early mornings and can be relied upon to open our call centre every day from Monday to Friday, you might be the ideal candidate to join our team in the Call Management Center (CMC). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from customers, logging calls into our in-house system and coordinating our Technicians to attend to calls. To be successful in this role you will have an excellent customer service ethic, great telephone manner and have the ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues through effective and courteous communication. While previous customer service experience is desired, we are more interested in your positive attitude, passion for service, ability to work in a fast paced environment and the love of early mornings!
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment Criminal History Check and Credit Check.
