The role is to contact the decision maker at medium sized business by telephone in a structured and effective manner to secure quality appointments for the sales team.
To be successful you will be:
- Highly motivated individual who is results driven.
- A comfortable computer user with accurate keyboard skills.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- Previous exposure in a similar role is preferable.
- Experience in appointment setting via outbound telemarketing.
We are offering $150 per set appointment and $300 if it converts into a ongoing agreement.
You must be comfortable with prospecting and finding business data, we can train you on the basics but you will need to use initiative.
We shall provide full transparency on all of your sales, cancellations & missed opportunities.
OTE is $65,000 - $93,000 for 11 months depending on how much you wish to work and on the basis of making 1-2 appointments a day with 1 out of 3 converting.
