We have an exciting opportunity to join the Contact Centre located in Mount Waverley.
Only candidates with Outbound Call Centre experience will be shortlisted and contacted
Description
This is a phone based role with the primary focus on making warm outbound calls during busy campaigns , to schedule current customers in for appointments, using the company's systems.
Full time hours only
Must have Outbound Call Centre experience along with strong administration skills. Only resumes reflecting this experience will be contacted.
Wokring hours are Monday and Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Profile
- Friendly and helpful customer service professional with proven call centre and admin experience.
- Active listener with a focus on understanding customers needs and queries.
- Excellent telephone manner, with high attention to detail and are KPI/target driven.
- You have recent experience in Call Centre environment.
- Be available full time hours only.
- Be self motivated to keep busy during quiet periods
