Reporting to the team supervisor, you will primarily be responsible to support the Channel Sales Manager and partners across Australia. In collaboration with other sales professionals, you will provide sales & customer support to the team and promote our comprehensive range of products and services into the IT market.
From time to time, you will work independently and will assist with order entry and monitoring, quote preparation, customer service and maintaining the CRM (customer relationship management) system.
Solid performance in the role will open up opportunities to progress into other sales or marketing roles.
As the successful applicant, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- An ability to think strategically and to identify new opportunities
- Confidence in presenting ideas and product to a diverse range of people
This is an internal role where IT sales or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. This is a perfect role for a graduate looking to get a start in the work force or an experienced I.T candidate looking for a fresh change and new challenge.
