HCF has a number of exciting vacancies for sales and customer focused professionals to join our highly regarded Call Centre teams located in Parramatta.

Our Member Care Consultants are instrumental in managing the customer experience for HCF Members to ensure that they receive a personal and exceptional service at all times. Working to clear targets, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and non-members, and to promote and sell HCF products and services.

You will be based at the centrally located St Leonards HCF call centre and your initial operating hours will be on a rotating roster between the times of 8am to 8:15pm Monday to Friday.
