The role will involve:
• Debt collection
• Instructing and liaising with field agents
• Skip tracing
• Attending to and preparing reports and correspondence to clients
• Financial interviews to assess debtor's ability to service the debt
• Setting up/negotiating payment arrangements
The successful candidate will require:
• Previous experience relating to all aspects of debt recovery
• Knowledge of the law relating to debt collection, liability and insurance
• Previous experience in skip tracing and sound knowledge of current skip tracing techniques
• Personal resilience and the fortitude necessary to succeed in a busy office and within a team environment
• A positive attitude to life and work
• The ability to manage your time effectively and work to deadlines
• Professional presentation, a pleasant manner and attention to detail
• Sound computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional organisational skills and problem solving abilities
• The ability and discipline to work with limited supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A valid Queensland Driver Licence and access to your own transport
Office Hours:
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
