Our client is a global organisation with a strong team on the Northern Beaches.
Due to two promotions internally, we are now looking for two FULL TIME customer service people, to join their positive, fun and dynamic team.
This role involves making sure your Customers are looked after thoroughly and that you ensure all the boxes are ticked from end to end.
It is a brilliant role for someone who is very passionate about dealing with customers via the phone and who is also very keen to learn their internal CRM and systems.
This role is to start immediately!! New School Leavers are welcome too!
Your duties will entail:
· Superb communication skills.
· Strong analytical and decision - making abilities, with a consultative team style.
· Strong track record in Customer Service and Administration.
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Extensive experience with CRM's
· MS Office Skills.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Able to handle a fast-paced environment
