The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to accelerate their career with a fast growing and established Industrial safety business. You are the first point of contact for our business, providing a consultative approach to meet customer's needs. You will be passionate about sales, providing superior customer service, good attention to detail and the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously. You will offer support to the Sales Team ensuring the customer's needs are always met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries over the phone and via email whilst providing a high standard of customer service
- Assisting the direct Sales Team
- Providing quotes and support to customers
- Results driven
- Sales Order entries
- Assisting with price loading
- Sales reporting
- Building strong Customer relationships
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft suite of programs
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible
- Commitment to succeed and has the ability to use initiative
- Experience with Pronto would be an advantage
- Previous customer service experience in a similar role would be an advantage
