Your new company
My client, a growing and changing aged care organisation is looking to hire a committed team leader with exceptional people skills.

Your new role
This is a busy a varied role that will support an organisation going through change. You will lead and coordinate the customer service team that offer "first contact" support to customers. This is not a typical, KPI driven call centre. This is a customer service team that focus on customer experience, first call resolution (where possible) and handling a wide range of customer queries. Your customers will be the general public, elderly people and families.
Day to day duties will include:-

  • Team management
  • Performance management
  • Management of day to day operations and work flows
  • Roster management
  • Training and coaching
  • Review and improvement of processes and procedures
  • Customer escalations



What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will come from a call centre/ customer service team leader background. Your experience will be from aged care, or allied health or disability services or a related field.
You will also need to complete a police check &working with children check
