We seek an energetic and knowledgeable person who is curious and collaborative by nature to join an innovative, dynamic and challenging environment. Your focus as the first point of contact for all clients and stakeholders will be to receive, document, analyse and resolve client issues as quickly as possible, properly escalating the remainder, whist utilising excellent customer service skills.

We seek a reliable and energetic individual who can partner well with others. This person will also have demonstrated skills and experience in:

  • Customer Service in an inbound/outbound call centre environment is desirable and a client centric approach is essential
  • Financial services industry preferably in a client service area dealing with transactional banking matters
  • Microsoft Office Systems
  • Communication and team work
  • Following procedures
  • Analysis
