Client Details

My client is a leading national service organisation. They are offering temporary fixed term 6 month customer service positions. Working as part of a friendly team, the role will involve taking medium to high volume inbound calls, providing exceptional levels of customer service, as well as special attention to timely and accurate of data entry.

Description

This role provides customer focused query resolution by informing and providing valuable interactions that deliver positive outcomes for clients. The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Taking medium to high volume inbound calls
  • Utilise effective questioning techniques to identify client needs. Once identified, efficiently transfer the client to the appropriate area for completion
  • Efficient and accurate input of inbound client correspondence in accordance with processes and procedures
  • Focus on providing caring and professional customer service

Profile

In order to be successful in your application, you should have a proven track record within a call centre or high volume customer service environment. You will have a friendly and patient disposition and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You will also possess:

  • Demonstrated skills in a call centre/ consultative retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills, commitment and a desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Proven communication skills including strong listening ability
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • This centre operates 24/7 so having a clear understanding of your availability will be critical
