About The Role
We need a Digital Customer Service expert to fill a crucial after-sales / account management role in our digital team. The nuts and bolts are that you will:

  • Look after existing clients over the phone, by email and sometimes in person to answer both technical and non-technical questions about our digital solution and content (we have technical experts to back you up when required), fix problems and recognise sales opportunities;
  • Be responsible for the on-boarding process – taking clients from solution sale to setting them live;
  • Be involved in digital content management – we partner with the world's best and biggest publishers and need to prepare their digital content for our download solution;
  • Deliver training to staff at libraries, schools and universities all over Australia and NZ.

What you bring to the table
Surprise us. We are looking for someone who:

  • Loves people, has a sharp, logical mind, business acumen and an ability to see the big picture;
  • 'Gets it done' – i.e. produces results, is effective, no procrastination or excuses;
  • Is tech-literate and loves learning new things;
  • Loves delivering client support so good it leaves them "wow-ed";
  • Could write 'how-to' books on written and verbal communication;
  • Has very strong time management, prioritising and personal productivity skills (you will be pushed!);
  • Can use initiative and work independently but loves being part of a team; and
  • Wants to play a genuine role in a "next generation" company.

We'd love if you could tick a few of these boxes too:

  • Resourcefulness, ability to be agile and to think creatively and laterally;
  • Tertiary qualification in, well, anything really;
  • At least intermediate MS Excel skills;
  • Skills with Adobe Photoshop; and
  • Experience in customer service, client support or account management; and
  • Operationally focused.
