POSITION: Customer Service Team Member

-       Long established distributor of famous international bicycles and accessories. 

-       Are you passionate about cycling and /or involved in cycling industry?

We are a highly regarded Australian bicycle and accessories distributor with a Sydney Head Office and national distribution.

The Company has grown by taking on many prestigious international brands and providing a top class service and spares facility and is now looking to grow the customer support team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work within the Customer Service Team to process orders, provide detailed information on stock availability and technical product support, and provide support for the external Sales Team (Reps & Agents).

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative, previous experience working in customer service in the cycling industry is essential. Someone who is a quick learner and is actively involved in the cycling industry particularly with a focus on mountain biking. The role includes working closely with our workshop to help manage jobs, work output, and customer relations.
