As a call centre Team Leader/Manager you will be managing a team of customer service and sales consultants on a daily basis, managing performance and providing day to day operational and administrative support, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the business.
As Team Leader/Manager you will:
- Assisting with recruitment, training and running team meetings
- Rostering of the team and approval of time-sheets
- Handling all customer escalation calls
- Identifying talent whilst motivating and developing towards personal goals
- Understanding performance metrics to identify opportunities for the team
- Reporting to management on performance and day to day operations
- Assisting with reporting for the client
- Monday to Friday business hours position
- Outsourced BPO environment with A list clients
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Super base salary
- Freedom to create and implement new ideas and campaigns
