This Renewable Energy Service support role will involve taking calls & bookings, managing our service calendar and daily email. You will have regular contact with our service technicians, sales team and customers to facilitate the installation of solar systems.
About the Role:
You will join our Operations & Admin Team in an admin & customer service role with some additional operational support where you will be working under the Operations Manager. Hours will likely be 9:00am – 5:00pm M-F. Experience in Trade services desirable but not essential for right candidate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with booking and queries
- Maintaining spread sheets
- Maintaining CRM systems
- Clear communication to technicians on a regular basis
- Communicating with both internal and external clients
- Administration of support documentation
- Ensure procedures are complete.
• Allocation and the distribution of jobs to technicians
• Receive inbound calls providing a high level of customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of jobs & orders
• Liaising with warehouse for delivering stock to installers
• Liaise with installation Contractors and support staff
