Your new role
- You will provide accurate information to general queries
- You will provide consultative information in regards to legislation and law
- You will be working in a supportive team and environment
- You will be required to document calls in a timely and accurate manner
- You will enjoy the challenge of a busy non scripted phone based role
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have contact centre experience, ideally within the government
- You will be empathetic with great listening skills
- You will be consultative and well spoken
- You will have a passion for people
