The Role
Due to forecast growth and expansion, there is a opening for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service person to join the Internal Sales team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to servicing of existing customer base by fielding incoming calls, emails and trade counter enquiries across multiple product ranges.
Other activities can include processing sales transactions, stock audits and general administration, customer support and housekeeping.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be working with other Internal and external sales staff, purchasing and our suppliers so you will have good communication skills and be very organised.
The Candidate
This is a fast-paced environment, the successful applicant will have experience in customer sales and service with proficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
Experience with industrial electrical and automation is advantageous to the role, however a proven track record in a similar electrical wholesale or trade environment with a desire to learn will be considered .
