Join a leading brand activation agency as a Part Time Temporary Customer Liaison Assistant. Work for a leading, energetic and progressive advertising agency located in South Yarra with amazing work culture and benefits.
 
The role will consist of contacting businesses within the community and inviting them to attend informative and educational training events hosted by leading automotive brands across Australia as well as ad hoc administration duties. You will be performing a high volume of outbound calls - NO SALES though!
 
Requirements and Experience will include:

• Call centre experience is highly regarded
• Exceptional phone manner
• Confidence liaising with different clients/customers
• A stable work history is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation and approach to your work

In return you will receive:

• Extensive training
• Temporary contract starting immediately for approximately 3 months
• Approximately 25-30 hours per week
