Description
- Monitoring and tracking of all orders
- Effectively liaising with internal stakeholders
- Receipt and dispatch of goods
- Processing of orders
- Managing customer enquiries
- Assisting walk in Customers with orders and enquiries
Profile
- Experience working in a customer service role for a minimum 3 years
- Effective interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Exposure to logistics industry is a bonus
