Description

  • Monitoring and tracking of all orders
  • Effectively liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Processing of orders
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Assisting walk in Customers with orders and enquiries

Profile

  • Experience working in a customer service role for a minimum 3 years
  • Effective interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Exposure to logistics industry is a bonus
