This award winning company are seeking the skills of a Customer Service Specialist who has outstanding customer service skills, the ability to keep accurate records and grasp technical concepts relating to various equipment.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you become part of a national team within a company that prides themselves on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients across all aspects of the business.
Duties will include:
- Source, order, and arrange shipping and bill parts for internal technicians, agents, and external clients
- Support internal and external parts sales through phone, internet and email
- Raise service order / jobs
- Support resellers and upsell parts and equipment
- Respond quickly to requests and enquiries from clients
- Enter incoming sales orders and release to relevant warehouse locations
- Liaise with the Purchasing Team and also directly with the relevant Supplier regarding stock backorders
- Liaise with Clients regarding Stock Shortages & Backorders at point of order, and advise ETA's as requested by clients.
