Membership Clerk

• Contract till April 2019
• Immediate start
• South Brisbane location  

The Opportunity
Our client is a national organisation that specialises in providing industry advice, quotes, memberships and information to a diverse client base in the health sector.  They are looking to employ a Membership Clerk to join their Membership, Business Services team based on the South Brisbane fringe.

What would your day look like?
Reporting to the Membership Services Manager your primary responsibilities will be to provide outstanding services to all existing and prospective members, and assist with the retention and recruitment of members while ensuring you deliver professional communication and practices at all times and;

• Handle all customer enquiries in a professional and confidential manner
• Match the customer’s needs with the best possible solution
• Provide service excellence, responsiveness and resolution for general customer enquiries
• Update and maintain CRM system
• Process methods of payment as required
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators for sales & service activity
• Develop and maintain excellent industry knowledge  

What are we looking for in you?

• Demonstrated experience in an inbound call centre (ideally 2 years) within a similar role
• Relevant experience in a similar membership role, highly desirable
• Strong customer service focus
• Intermediate level of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of membership databases such as iMIS
