As a market leader, we are committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers and we are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, e-mail and social media regarding stock, pricing, product information, service requests and follow up of orders
- Investigate and resolve Customer complaints
- Investigate , processes and follow up of on credit requests
- Data entry: orders, stock transfers
- Assist in the preparation of customer service reports data and action as required
- Follow up on back orders, coordinating with internal teams
- Coordinate specials orders with Sales Teams and Logistics
The Customer Service Officer must possess the following:
- Experience in Customer Support environment
- Complaint resolution skills
- Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask
- Both written and verbal communication - clear and concise
- Teamwork
- ERP experience, ideally SAP
- MS Office Skills
- Data entry accuracy

This role is based in Scoresby working on a rotating roster from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
