We have an outstanding opportunity for a switched on Customer Service Representative to join our busy team. This is a permanet role working Monday to Friday. Based at our Head Office in Kingsgrove, and reporting to the Customer Service Manager Manager, this position requires a high degree of client focus, data entry accuracy and the ability to develop and sustain profitable long term relationships.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Manage phone, e-mail and fax enquires.
- Process customer orders and returns.
- Be competent in MS Office Word, Excel and Lotus Notes,
- Have experience with Navision (desirable)
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Be available over the daylight-savings period from 7am to 7pm
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years + phone based customer service experience
- Order processing experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Friendly, bright mannered and enthusiastic about your work
- Strong attention to detail
- Solution focused
- Enjoys working in a busy, high energy environment
- Fluent English, written and verbal is essential
