Our products are internationally recognised for cutting edge technologies and energy efficiencies.

We have an outstanding opportunity for a switched on Customer Service Representative to join our busy team.  This is a permanet role working Monday to Friday.  Based at our Head Office in Kingsgrove, and reporting to the Customer Service Manager Manager, this position requires a high degree of client focus, data entry accuracy and the ability to develop and sustain profitable long term relationships.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Manage phone, e-mail and fax enquires.
  • Process customer orders and returns.
  • Be competent in MS Office Word, Excel and Lotus Notes,
  • Have experience with Navision (desirable)
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Be available over the daylight-savings period from 7am to 7pm

The ideal candidate:

  • 2 years + phone based customer service experience
  • Order processing experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Friendly, bright mannered and enthusiastic about your work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solution focused
  • Enjoys working in a busy, high energy environment
  • Fluent English, written and verbal is essential
